How to make sick ass potato wedges
- 1 You need potatos and cut them in half then cut that bit in half, etc.
- 2 Once you have cut them up you can either put them into boiling water or put them onto a tray immediately.
- 3 Okay so for this step you essentially need to add olive oil to the potato wedges on the tray, then add some pepper and salt.
- 4 Put the tray into the oven, set the oven to 200° and wait for about 25/30 minutes for the potato wedges to be done.
